I'm Emily Field and I look forward to being your personal trainer.

 

I’m a personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist. I specialize in helping people transform their lives physically in a way that radiates through other areas of their lives. As a certified personal trainer, I’ve successfully introduced healthy habits to clients looking for a change in the right direction. With over a decade of coaching experience and personal training, I create optimal training programs that cater to the specific needs of each individual client. 

 

My personal training successes stem from my own journey to optimal health. As a child, my petite frame and asthma motivated me to search for ways to transform myself physically to be as strong and healthy as any other athletic child. Through years of strength training, cardio workouts, and yoga sessions, I became an elite runner and avid basketball player, finishing third at the 2007 USA Track & Field Indoor Championships for the 3000m, followed by a San Francisco Marathon win in 2011. With my personal experiences in fitness and years of personal training, I aim to guide as many people as possible towards ultimate health.

My services

I enjoy working with a wide range of people asking for fitness advice, from the high schooler eyeing the next track state championship to the 84-year-old wanting to walk the dog around the park. People have come to me with different goals including improving posture to winning the local half marathon.  In my individual training programs, I adapt workouts to the differing needs, limitations, and fitness levels of each client.  Good form, safety, and proper technique remain at the forefront of every training session in every type of exercise, while avoiding going beyond physical limitations. 

I’m available Sunday through Friday from 5am to 6pm. Prices vary based on location and duration.

Personalized Running Schedule Design

Distances: 1 mile – full marathon

For those seeking a personalized training program for a goal race: any distance from the mile to the marathon.  All levels, from beginner to elite. Personalized training schedules emailed monthly.


Personal Training at the Aaron Family JCC Fitness Center

Fitness Requirement: all levels

Fitness training in the gym at the JCC, located at 7900 Northaven Road in Dallas. Gym membership required. Available Sunday through Friday from 5am to 6pm.  Session length ranges from 30 minutes to an hour.  Services include physical assessment, strength training, flexibility routines, and cardio.  Individualized strength homework routines provided to clients who prefer to train on own throughout the week.

In-home personal training

Fitness Requirement: all levels

For clients looking for a convenient way to workout from the home.  Home gyms preferable but not necessary.  Discover creative ways to stay fit from home.  Available Sunday through Friday from 5am to 6pm.  Session length: 60 minutes.  Services include physical assessment, strength training, flexibility routines, and cardio.  Individualized strength homework routines provided to clients who prefer to train on own throughout the week.
